## Detail

The statement must be at least 10-point type in a color providing clear contrast to the background. Hand-printed labels are acceptable if legible and written in durable permanent ink. Label must also carry operation name, the PHYSICAL address of the home kitchen (no PO box, because it is used for traceback), product name, ingredients, net weight and allergen warning. Registration with the health authority is required before selling, and the fee varies by county. During the 2025 session, SB 466 transferred authority to regulate and permit food establishments from the Division of Public and Behavioral Health to the Nevada Department of Agriculture effective July 1, 2025, and the DPBH cottage food web pages now 404 — so the registration desk may have moved.
