## Detail

Arizona is a state-run registration scheme, not a county one: the operator registers with ADHS, renews every three years, and ADHS suspends or revokes. County health departments are not the desk here. TWO statements are mandatory, not one - the not-inspected statement AND the azdhs.gov/Cottagefood referral line. The label must also carry the preparer's name AND their ADHS registration number, a list of all ingredients, and the production date. Home address is no longer a required label element. No annual sales cap. If sold online, all the same label information must appear as a prominent notification on the listing. Packaging must be tamper-evident (the label itself can serve as the seal).
